STR India Organized Training Programs on Health & Safety & C-TPAT

STR India organized two half-day sessions in response to market interest on Health & Safety & C-TPAT. One session, Creating a Safe and Healthy Working Environment, was designed to help companies create a safer workplace for factory employees. The second session, C-TPAT: Challenges & Solutions, addressed the questions that many have regarding C-TPAT programs. The sessions were held at the Hotel Clarion Collection, New Delhi, on 22nd August, 2009.
The training programs were well received by the local industries and they participated in them by nominating their compliance managers and senior HR personnel to attend. The sessions had 35 delegates as participants. The sessions were delivered using interactive training techniques, which made them particularly engaging to the attendees. The participants left hopeful—and confident—that they would be able to implement corrective actions and best practices successfully in their facilities.
