The session created awareness on the WRAP Certification Program, which is based on 12 Principles focusing on compliance with local laws, workplace regulations, universal workers' rights, the environment, customs compliance and security. Factories that demonstrate proper adoption, deployment and monitoring of all 12 Principles receive certification for six months to two years. The session was presented by Avedis Seferian, Director of Compliance Administration and Stuart Webster, Director of Training from WRAP. This highly interactive session was well attended and provided an opportunity for factories, vendors and retailers to understand all aspects of Wrap Certification as well as seek answers to their concerns regarding the same.
